Description

Adjustable Class A fire rated pedestal and aluminium rail joist system that includes integrated clip and locking mechanism for fixing the Aluminium Box & I-beam Rails and MetalPad EX adjustable pedestal.

Rails and pedestal are Class A1 rated (EN 13501-1:2018) and fully compliant with BS 8579.
Specially profiled bearer rails/ joists click onto MetalPad EX pedestals.
Fully integrated substructure system for seamless connection.
Allows pedestals to be placed at larger centres whilst maintaining weight tolerance.
Joists “tie together” pedestals, giving more lateral strength to frame.

Single beam and profiled double box shapes available (15–100 mm high, 60 mm wide).
No rotting, warping or rusting.

Pedestal headpiece clips are installed on the headpiece of the pedestal.
Greatly enhances lateral stability.
Ultra-low height threshold for decking; 30 mm from the floor to the underside of the deck board.
