Application

  • 223 Series: Designed for 16 mm drywall installations; pan uses 10 mm drywall to maintain wall finish through joint span (wall to wall, ceiling to ceiling, wall to corner or ceiling to corner).
  • 300 Series: Suitable for public and high abuse conditions.
  • 491 Series: Adaptable to many wall finishes including drywall and tile (wall to wall and wall to corner conditions).
  • 611/ 612 Series: For both interior and exterior use (ceiling to ceiling).
  • 811 Series: Uneven or unusual angle wall conditions (wall to wall and ceiling to ceiling conditions).

Description

Wall and ceiling expansion joint covers, which help to protect buildings from natural shifting and movement. Will seamlessly integrate into various Inpro Corp wall and ceiling systems.

223 Series:

  • Dual durometer seal provides secure fit and optimal flexibility.
  • Recessed mount frames for minimal sightline.
  • Centre bar system ensures pan assembly is centred in joint opening at all times.
  • Movement: ±25%.
  • Joint width: 50-150 mm.

300 Series:

  • Manufactured with a 'no-bump' configuration.
  • Gasketed to eliminate transition rattle.
  • Movement capacity of 50–100% (dependent on system type).
  • Can be used in joint widths between 25–100 mm.
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant.

491 Series:

  • Clear anodized finish as standard.
  • Designed for renovation and surface mount installations.
  • Centring bar for correct positioning on plate and allows multi-directional seismic movement.
  • Extra wide joint widths available.
  • ±100% movement available on selected models - consult manufacturer for details.

611/ 612 Series:

  • The range includes assemblies for seismic and thermal use, plus exterior and deck applications.
  • Designed to fit with a variety of wall and ceiling materials.
  • Santoprene® seals – Field heat weldable for weather tight transitions.
  • Provides minimal aesthetic interruption.

811 Series:

  • The range includes assemblies for seismic and thermal use, plus exterior and deck applications.
  • Designed to fit with a variety of wall and ceiling materials.
  • Provides minimal aesthetic interruption.
