  • Superior aesthetic appeal: provides a smooth and clean finish that enhances the visual appeal of architectural designs, making it suitable for decorative applications.
  • Clean workability: the fine and smooth texture of white cement makes it easier to work with, resulting in fewer blemishes and a cleaner finish.
  • High early and ultimate strength: allows for quicker manufacturing capability and the CEM I 52,5R, strength reaching 60+ MPa providing high final strength.
  • High durability: offers excellent strength and durability, making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications, ensuring long-lasting performance.
  • High stability: provides stability in strength preventing performance changes in end products meeting one of the most important expectations of white cement users.
  • Versatility: white cement can be used in a wide range of applications, including architectural and decorative elements, precast and structural concrete, plastering, flooring, and as a base for colour pigments in decorative concrete.
  • Better colour retention: white cement provides a suitable base for vibrant coloured concrete and coatings, ensuring that pigments remain true and consistent over time.
  • Low chromium VI and alkali content: as a result of the special structure of Mannok Ultra White, it contains chromium below the limit value of 2 ppm and is not harmful to human health. It is resistant to alkaline-silica reaction, with an equivalent alkaline ratio below the limit value of 0.6%.
  • Lower iron (Fe203) and magnesium (MgO) content: lower iron and magnesium content results in whiter cement and makes it a suitable choice for decoration and design uses.
