TYVEK Sealing Tape - HDPE Fleece, Diffusion Open

Tyvek HDPE Diffusion Open is a universal adhesive sealing tape.

The diffusion open adhesive system allows passage of ‘in construction or internal moisture’ to move outwards, whilst remaining weathertight, watertight and windproof.

A proven product for external membranes, construction layers, timber (ply/ OSB/ chipboard) and penetrations, not discounting internal airtightness and sealing.

It has high UV resistance with a specially formulated heat-resistant adhesive, and performs well with non-polar and low-energy surfaces.

The HDPE is suitable for applications and matching products such as roofing, breather layers, underlays and facade membranes, for sealing of overlaps and seams, corners and penetration points. The combination of carrier (HDPE) and modified adhesive equals excellent ageing and heat-resistance with a long life, durable strength. Can be supplied with a single liner or slit liner for ease of use and application.
