Suitable for direct application to non-combustible substrates such as concrete/ screed, or in overlay situations onto existing asphalt/ built-up roof (BUR) substrates.
Description
Two-layer inverted warm deck roofing system, incorporating a range of styrene butadiene styrene (SBS)-modified elastomeric bitumen membranes and accessories.
Total Torch membranes incorporate a ‘striped’ pattern. This advanced vapour release technology has been designed to dissipate any moisture vapour that may be trapped in the roofing system. When this trapped moisture warms, it can form pressure pockets within the system. The Total Torch Vapour Dispersion Layer has been specially engineered to neutralize this potential problem. The low melt bitumen needs a minimal application of flame to activate its fast adhesive properties.

- Insulation: Thermazone Hydroshield IVR.
- Filtration layer: Monarperm 700 Water Reducing Layer.
- Ballast.
