Topproof Waterproof Concrete

TOPPROOF waterproof concrete offers a simple, cost-effective alternative to traditional waterproof construction methods. TOPPROOF watertight concrete uses Sika’s Watertight Concrete admixtures to produce concrete with very low porosity to protect a structure from water ingress.

When used in conjunction with approved secondary and tertiary waterproofing systems, TOPPROOF waterproof concrete offers a fully watertight system. It also enhances resistance to chloride diffusion, reducing the risk of reinforcement corrosion and improving long term durability.

TOPPROOF is an integral watertight concrete solution for various applications as defined in BS 8102:2022.

Types of TOPPROOF Waterproofing:

Hydrophobic Pore Blockers:

• Based on hydrophobic and pore blocking technology.
• Develops polymer barriers inside pores during the hydration process.
• WT100 - a combined water-resisting and HRWR/ superplasticizer admixture.
• Sika 1+ - a liquid water-resisting waterproofing admixture.

Crystallization:

• Based on crystalline technology (self healing).
• Non-soluble crystalline structure formation in the capillaries.
• WT200P - a combined crystalline waterproofing concrete and HRWR/superplasticizer admixture.
