Application

  • All residential foundations.
  • Mass commercial foundations.
  • Industrial trenches.

Description

Free-flowing, self-compacting concrete for use in all mass fill concrete foundation applications.

It is easy to place with fewer pour points, less formwork, reduced manpower, no vibration, excellent surface finish and good workability.

Features and benefits:

  • Reduces labour overheads on site – typically one person could place, level and finish the concrete.
  • Fast flowing (maintenance of fluidity is typically two hours).
  • Delivered in a highly fluid form with high deformability, allowing quick changes of direction and easy flow around the foundation trenches.
  • High resistance to segregation, and consolidates easily and efficiently within the pour location.
  • No vibration - eliminating vibration reduces noise pollution and improves on-site working conditions.
  • Flexible placing – can be placed either by direct discharge, pump, crane or skip.
  • Reduced carbon emissions - concrete reinforced with macro synthetic fibres is around 60% lower than that of steel reinforced concrete.
  • BSI Kitemark and NHBC approved.

Applications:

  • All residential foundations.
  • Mass commercial foundations.
  • Industrial trenches.
