Application

  • Suitable for underfloor heating, following manufacturer's precautions (reinforcement mesh required, typically A142 or A193).

Description

Free-flowing, self-compacting concrete which can eliminate the need to power float on-site, dependent on the project specification.

Features and benefits:

  • Fast flowing (maintenance of fluidity is typically two hours).
  • High quality surface finish.
  • Enables rapid and effortless fabrication of slabs and floors.
  • Floor finish tolerance to BS 8204-1, SR2.
  • No vibration - eliminating vibration reduces noise pollution and improves on-site working conditions.
  • BSI Kitemark and NHBC approved.

Bonding to substrate:

  • When the concrete is laid unbonded to the substrate, a polythene membrane of suitable thickness (120–250 microns) will be required.
  • When the concrete is to be laid bonded, a polythene membrane (thickness: 120–250 microns) plus steel reinforcement mesh will be required. Bonding compound (such as an SBR type product) to be applied.
