Particularly suitable for unlisted properties where replacement windows are required, or for new build projects which need to achieve all of the relevant building regulations but Passiv-Haus level performance is not required.

Description

Kedleston Timber Tilt and Turn windows offer a combination of security, functionality and modern design. Crafted from modern timbers, either Accoya® or Red Grandis, they offer an extended service life and require minimal maintenance.

With an over-rebated styling, tilt and turn windows make a stunning addition to contemporary new builds. The modern locking bars and hinges that surround the entire sash ensure enhanced security performance, instilling confidence and safeguarding properties.

They provide architects and specifiers working on most building projects with a reliable and functional solution, combining security, functionality, and modern design.

Locking around the entire perimeter of the frame gives enhanced security performance.
Integrated water-bar system to ensure weather-tightness despite the inward opening functionality.
Sophisticated ironmongery allows considerably larger opening casements than the traditional outward opening system. This allows a wider variety of designs and a more modern appearance.
All products can be securely locked in an inward tilt to allow ventilation at night. The product will be rain-proof in this position in all but the most severe weather.
Key lockable espagnolette ironmongery is included with a range of finishes.
Dummy sashes included as standard to give a balanced look of non-opening parts of the window.
Available in double or triple glazing, with the ability to deliver products with U values of below 1.4 W/m²K.
