Particularly suitable for unlisted properties where replacement windows are required, or for new build projects which need to achieve all of the relevant building regulations but the customer does not require Passiv-Haus level performance.

Description

Chatsworth timber sliding sash windows combine low maintenance, longevity, and excellent draught-proofing, with a classic appearance. For additional authenticity, the range is available with either spiral balances or a traditional weights and pulleys system.

They provide architects and specifiers with a reliable and visually appealing solution for unlisted properties requiring replacement windows or new build projects adhering to building regulations. With excellent value for money and wide-ranging suitability, these windows are a versatile choice for most properties.

Patented SashSealer technology delivers the only Class 4 Air Permeability, traditional sliding sash window on the market. Weights and pulley window has a proprietary pocket seal to reduce draughts through the sash pulleys.
Fully concealed trickle ventilation through the head of the frame is invisible on the internal or external face of the product.
Traditional horn detailing to the top sash as standard. Options to have variation on the horn detail, or to add a horn to the bottom sash. External staff bead detail on the outer lining for a traditional appearance.
All traditional shapes and sizes are available including curved heads, curved top rail of top sash and double or triple coupled sashes.
Traditional ironmongery is included with a range of finishes. This includes Angel Sash limiters and recessed finger pulls as standard.
Spiral balance system includes balance covers as standard to avoid ugly exposed plastic balancer.
Weights and pulley sashes include articulated lead and concealed access panels for easy maintenance and repair.
Product exceeded destructive testing to Part Q standards with no amendments or upgrades.
Available in double or triple glazing, with the ability to deliver A+ rated products with U-values of below 1.3 W/m²K.
