Timbabuild® ERC10 Adhesive - Wood Splicing and Repair Adhesive

Timbabuild® ERC10 is a two-part solvent-free 1:1 ratio mix, epoxy-based wood filler. It is primarily used for splicing in new timber, due to the fact that it may be used down to a thickness of only 1 mm, providing a bond which is stronger than the original wood, but also for normal repairs up to 10 mm depth. ERC10 is designed for repairs to timber which are subject to stress and impact. It will also directly treat the timber to prevent any further occurrences of decay.

ERC10 displays high strength and impact resistance and is cured and ready to paint within 1 hour (at 20–45ºC) for same-day repairs. Once cured, ERC10 can be machined, drilled, and accepts nails and screws. ERC10 is coatable with most decorative wood finishes.
