External architectural systems including rainscreen cladding, roofline products, column casings, perforated panels and any bespoke fabrication, and of any scale.

Description

Through fix rainscreen cladding carrier and panel system.


Features and benefits:

  • Independently tested and accredited to the specific requirements of CWCT.
  • A1 or A2 panel fire ratings.
  • Available in wide choice of materials, colours and finishes including polyester powder-coated, anodized, Corten and Rimex.
  • Supports panel sizes up to 1480 x 3850 mm and thickness of 2, 3 or 4 mm.
  • Horizontal joint: 20 mm.
  • Fixings: Self drill mechanical fix.
  • Install method: 1st and 2nd fix layout.
  • Rail centres: 600 mm maximum.


A typical system comprises:

  • Aluminium support brackets, attached to outer wall substrate.
  • Aluminium carrier system.
  • Rear ventilated cavity - provides additional weather performance benefits.
  • Colour-coded mechanical fixing.
