Application

Superglass Contract Mat 44 is primarily used as thermal insulation between and over the timber joists of new and existing lofts/cold pitched roofs. However, it can be used in several other applications including suspended timber grounds floors.

Description

Superglass Contract Mat 44 is a lightweight, non- combustible glass mineral wool insulation roll. The flexible roll is cut at 2x570mm to allow easy installation between common stud spacings and minimum on-site cutting and waste.

Thermal Conductivity:

Declared thermal conductivity (lambda (λ) value) of 0.044W/mK.

Fire Classification:

Deemed non-combustible with a fire classification of Euroclass A1 (the highest possible rating) when tested to BS EN 13501-1 Reaction to Fire.

Vapour Resistivity

The product has a nominal vapour resistivity of 5 MN·s/g·m.

Environmental credentials.

Manufactured in accordance with ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems (EMS). Certificate number: EMS 646508.
