Features and benefits:
Acoustic RoofDek trapezoidal profiles D46 to D100:
D46, D60 and D100 use perforating pattern 4546, 4.5 mm holes at 6.3 mm triangular centres. Pattern open area: 46%.
Acoustic RoofDek trapezoidal profiles D137 to D200:
D137 and D159 use perforating pattern 3327, 3.3 mm holes at 6 mm triangular centres. Pattern open area: 27%. D153 and D200 use perforating pattern P3L-S, 3 mm holes at 5.5 mm square centres. Pattern open area: 23.5%.
RoofDek liner tray profiles HLT90/600 to HLT145/600 perforated:
Structural liner trays provide a neat planar inner surface spanning across the main steels and obviate the need for purlins or cladding rails. They are suitable for both roof and wall cladding.
Sheet lengths in excess of 12 m are not practical for installation on-site and extended end laps cannot be used with liner trays, so double spans are limited to 6 m.
Liner trays use perforating pattern P3L-S, 3 mm holes at 5.5 mm square centres. Pattern open area: 23.5%.
Depth of deck:
The profile reference indicates the depth of the deck, e.g. D100 = 100 mm deep.
