Description
ZipSeam™ standing seam system.
Features and benefits:
- Can be installed on slopes as low as 1.5°.
- Site manufacture of long lengths up to 135 m which removes the need for end laps.
- Available in aluminium and steel in a range of finishes:
- Aluminium: Armacoil™ HDP, APL PUF, ARS Stucco-Embossed Mill-Finish (SEMF) and Smooth Mill Finish (MF).
- Steel: APL PUF and LeatherGrain (LG) Plastisol.
- Up to 40-year warranty available on both the coating and the substrate, including for marine environments.
- Available as acoustic construction with enhanced acoustic performance, including SoundRoof™.
- 400 mm cover width as standard.
- Due to engineering, the system is proven NOT to suffer from the common problem of “halter-rash”.
- Ultra-secure details at ridge and eaves to ensure construction.
- AP22 HWR walk-on liner assists in ease of installation.
