Description
Stainless steel guarding - BlueGuard.
Wall panels:
The frameless stainless-steel mesh panels are made of 4 mm welded wire, strengthened by transversal folds. The panels are available in four standard sizes, making it easy to choose the correct size for any project. Thanks to the frameless design, the panels can easily be adapted on-site to fit specific requirements. The mesh size of 28 x 64 mm allows the panel to be installed 200 mm from the hazard, providing a safe machine guard.
Post and fixings:
The open, U-shaped design of the post helps prevent the accumulation of dust and residue, ensuring a hygienic machine guard. The post has inclined surfaces and floor spacers to avoid liquid pooling, enabling easier and more efficient cleaning. The panels are fastened to the posts with high-resistant, captive fixings made of techno-polymer and stainless steel to minimize metal-to-metal contact, avoiding bacterial accumulations.
