The spectra plan SM membrane is suitable for both new build and refurbishment installations on both flat and sloping roofs. Overlaps are hot air welded. It can also be used for ballasted and green roof systems or alternatively in adhered systems bonded using spectra plan contact adhesive. It is also used as the upstand detailing membrane on all spectra plan SM/ SG systems.

Description

Polyester scrim reinforced thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) membrane for mechanically fastened roofing systems. It is mechanically fastened in the overlap using IKOfix stress plates and IKOfix screws into the deck.
