Application

For wall and floor applications above ground level.

Can be used in conjunction with:

  • SovDrain Sealing Rope – for joint sealing.
  • SovDrain Sealing Tape – for joint sealing.
  • SovDrain Corner Strip – for floor and wall juncture sealing.

Description

A robust, low profile drainage membrane specifically that minimises wall and floor level changes whilst still providing an effective damp proof membrane with air gap beneath

Features and benefits:

  • Allows for a fast track application of a floor membrane.
  • Typically finished with either a SBR Bonding Agent modified screed (minimum 65 mm) or a floating floor.
  • Quick application to walls and floors.
  • Strong and pliable material.
  • Low stud membrane profile, where space is at a premium.
  • Cleaner with less disruption during installation.
  • Easily repaired if damaged during installation.
  • Minimal wet trades required (Only final skimming of plasterboards).
  • Highly resistant to degradation by all common chemicals.
  • Resistant to biological attack and does not sustain microbial development.
  • Resistant to root penetration.
