Suitable for industrial factories, warehouses, sports halls, gymnasiums and swimming pools. They can also bring noise levels in plant rooms and factories down to manageable levels or used as external road and railway sound barriers.

Description

Features and benefits:

  • Virtually maintenance-free and can withstand frequent impact for the life of a building.
  • Favourable ratio of weight-to-brick volume, achieving an additional metakaolin (MKi) value.
  • Available in concrete or Argex dependent on block type. Argex material provides a higher acoustic performance and a 40% weight reduction (approximately).
  • Type A blocks benefit from triple Helmholtz resonators for class leading performance, even at low frequency. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and fit into any concept.
  • Type C blocks have been specially developed for industrial applications and sound absorption in the extremely low frequencies with absorption performance, particularly around 125 Hz. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use and in self-supporting walls. Available with filling for higher acoustic performance. Also available with two fillings (front and rear) for even higher sound absorption.
  • Type G blocks have a slender frame which allows them to be used back-to-back for two-sided absorption or as an intermediate wall solution. Available with or without fillings in several thicknesses depending on the desired absorption performance within the room. This type of Soundblox can be combined with (hollow) vision blocks.
  • Type MA blocks have further reverberation reduction properties. High quality blocks both in terms of absorption performance and aesthetic design. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Available with or without fillings in several thicknesses depending on the desired absorption performance within the room. Multiple colour options also available.
  • Type N blocks are shorter in length and therefore lighter which allows easier, faster and cheaper installation. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Available with or without fillings in several thicknesses depending on the desired absorption performance within the room.
  • Type P blocks have been specially developed as a ceiling solution to integrate absorption in the ceiling instead of in the wall. Available with or without fillings in several thicknesses depending on the desired absorption performance within the room.
  • Type W blocks are a multifunctional acoustic block with high absorption performance for self-supporting walls. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Available with or without fillings in several thicknesses depending on the desired absorption performance within the room.
  • EU block size. Paint grade finish.
  • Appearance - acoustic block with triple helmholtz resonator slots in face.
