  • Substrates with limited deformation, e.g. heated screeds.

Also suitable for re-profiling damaged cementitious substrates in up to 30 mm coat thicknesses prior to laying tiles or natural stone coverings.

Description

Polymer-modified, cementitious tile adhesive, suitable for laying large-format tiles and discoloration-resistant natural stone coverings using medium or thick-bed methods.

Features and benefits:

  • Suitable for use in coating thicknesses of 5–30 mm thickness.
  • Flexible, rapid-setting and trass-bearing, containing Rhenish trass to reduce the risk of discoloration and efflorescence in natural stonework.
  • Reduced risks posed by dishing/ curling-prone covering materials.
  • Good setting properties due to crystalline water binding.
  • Resistant to water and freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Good contact adhesion, with high early strength.
  • Low-chromate to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex XVII.
  • DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council): Top quality level 4, Line 8.
  • EMICODE system of GEV (German Association for Control of Emissions in Products for Flooring Installation): EC1PLUS® ("very-low-emission-plus") rating.

  • Loadable: After one day (in commercial facilities); after three days (in areas subject to high wet exposure); after 21 days (in conjunction with underfloor heating).
  • Application temperature: Between 5–25°C.
  • Coverage: 1.4 kg/m² per mm coat thickness.
