Application

Can be used with earthenware, stoneware and fully vitrified stoneware tiles, mosaic, discolouration-resistant natural stone units, cast stone units. In residential, commercial and industrial facilities, damp and wet spaces, swimming pools, operating theatres, escape routes, on facades, balconies and patios. For indoor and outdoor use. For laying tiles on brush- or trowel-applied waterproof membranes. Suitable for filling and levelling out irregularities in wall and floor surfaces, in up to 10 mm coat thickness on limited surfaces. Particularly suitable for heavy, large-format wall and floor tiles on account of its extremely high sag resistance.

Description

A multi-purpose, flexible, extra-light, extra-high-coverage, low-dust, cementitious, highly polymer modified adhesive for installation of ceramic coverings and discolouration-resistant natural stone tiles on all substrates, meeting C2 TE S1 requirements to BS EN 12004. Particularly suitable for large format fully vitrified stoneware wall and floor coverings. Also suitable for heated floor constructions and application to brush or trowel-on waterproof coatings. Adhesive consistency may be adjusted as required for thin, floating and medium beds.

Features/ Benefits:

  • Complies with German Flexmortar guidelines, class C2 TE S1 requirements to DIN EN 12004.
  • Extra-sag-resistant for laying large-format tiles.
  • Reduced dust: dust levels up to 90 % lower.
  • C2: tensile adhesion strength ≥ 1.0 N/mm².
  • T: thixotropic – high sag resistance.
  • E: Extended open time ≥ 30 minutes.
  • S1: deformability ≥ 2.5 mm.
  • Up to 60 % higher coverage.
  • For thin-bed, floating-bed and medium-bed laying.
  • Suitable for underfloor and undertile heating.
  • No priming required for wide range of substrates.
