Silfix® LM
Premium alkoxy, neutral cure silicone sealant, for perimeter sealing of windows and doors, EN 15651 tested for general applications around the building envelope for internal and external use.
- Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), coated timber, brickwork, concrete, glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), stainless/ galvanised steel, aluminium and lead.
- Sealing penetration joints, gutters, fascias, trims and flashings in domestic and metal-clad buildings.
- Perimeter pointing and sealing around timber, metal and PVC-U windows and doors.
A single part, neutral cure, silicone sealant which offers good all-round performance and durability in most construction joints.
