Description

Reflective coated breather membrane for use on roofs and walls.

Features and benefits:

  • Has a reflective thermal advantage over standard breather membranes, and can therefore be used to enhance thermal performance.
  • Vapour permeable, and allows the passage of warm moist air to reduce condensation.
  • Will contribute to the airtightness of a building.
  • Easy to handle and install.
  • Manufactured with 40% recycled materials and is recyclable at the end of its useful life.
  • Watertight to EN 1928: 2000, and provides a secondary rain barrier.
  • Can be used to help meet the requirements of Approved Document Part L and Scotland Part J.
  • Can be used on its own, in multiple layers or with varying forms of insulation to achieve any U-value.
  • CE marked, and manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13859.
  • Approved for Building Regulations by UK Certified Test laboratories - consult manufacturer for details.
