SF19FR - Multifoil Insulation

SF19FR is from SuperFOIL’s fire-rated multifoil range offering a 3-in-1 design, providing insulation, vapour control layer and radiant barrier all in one product. 

Features and benefits:

• Reaction to fire (Euroclass) Class E without plasterboard.
• Designed to endure high temperatures and prevent the spread of flame.
• The FR range has undergone testing and received British Standard (BS 476) certification for Class 0 fire propagation and Class 1 spread of flame. 
• Does not emit toxic smoke while safeguarding the structural integrity of the building.
• SuperFOIL also acts as a radiant barrier to reflect excessive heat gain during the summer months as well as insulating throughout the year. 
• SuperFOIL SF19FR offers thermal performance values of 1.31 R-value for the core, 2.27 R-value for roofs, 2.73R-value for walls and 4.37 R-value for floors.
• Can contribute to reaching U-values of as low as 0.10 W/m²K.
• SuperFOIL brings more functionality with less product and a slim construction depth. 
• Multifunctional, lightweight and easy-to-install design that requires no specialist tools and creates minimal wastage.

Composition:

• Two layers of glass fibre-reinforced heavy laminated aluminium foil.
• Four layers of aluminium-coated reflective foil PET layers.
• Five layers of loft quilt 80 g/sqm layers.
