Application

Suitable for commercial applications, including:

The external walls of relevant buildings more than 11 m in height or five storeys, undergoing unsafe cladding remediation work (Building Safety Act 2022).
The external walls of high-rise relevant buildings over 18 m high (11 m high in Scotland).
The external walls of higher-risk buildings at least 18 m high or with at least seven storeys (Building Safety Act 2022).
The external surfaces of residential purpose group buildings more than 11 m high.
The external surfaces of residential purpose group buildings 11 m high or less where an external wall is within 1 m of the relevant boundary.

FlowRyt® grille provides a high air flow whilst maintaining low resistance.
The wide flange of the grille covers cut edges to maintain a neat appearance in cladding.
Grille supplied with custom powder coating to Class A2-s1, d0.
Choose from the RAL classic colour chart in matt, semi-gloss or gloss finishes to match cladding or brickwork.
Signature architectural finishes are also available.
Built-in weather protection with angled grilles, promoting run off to reduce the risk of water transfer into the cavity or ducting.
The overall length of the kit can be extended giving the flexibility to handle minor variations in the external facade.
Oversize ducting encases in-situ plastic ductwork without requiring access to apartments.
