With a wide range of colours that allow for bespoke blends
to complement any design. Superior impact adsorption and
permeability make it ideal for most recreation surfaces both
domestic and commercial.
The system is widely used in theme parks, private residences, playgrounds, golf courses, holiday parks, and walkways.
The system is suitable for the following subbases: Macadam, Concrete, Compacted MOT Stone (Type 1 or 3).
Description
RUBBER MULCH is a durable, flexible and impact absorbing Safety Surfacing system.
The system utilises a specially formulated range of Polyurethane binders and SBR colour coated rubber
to offer both performance and sustainability at an affordable price.
The systems consists of:
- Coloured EPDM top surface: 40 mm minimum depth, 20 mm minimum depth as a single layer.
- Black SUB BASE layer: Variable depth, minimum 20 mm.
The critical fall height value depending on the total surface thickness and varies from 1.3–3.0 m (awaiting test outcome verification). Consult manufacturer for further details.
