Application
A very versatile system that can be used in a wide range of applications from playgrounds to pool surrounds, with an extensive colour pallet that allows for creative design.
Impact absorption and impermeability make it suitable for most recreation surfaces both domestic and commercial, and the system is already widely used in theme parks, water parks, care homes, playgrounds, pool surrounds, golf courses, holiday parks, cycle-paths and walkways.
The system is suitable for the following subbases: Macadam, Concrete, Compacted MOT Stone (Type 1 or 3).
Description
RUBBER PLAY is a durable, flexible and impact absorbing Safety Surfacing system.
The system utilises a specially formulated range of Polyurethane binders and EPDM granules to perform
under the most extreme climatic conditions around the world.
The systems consists of:
- Coloured EPDM top surface: 15 mm minimum depth, 20 mm minimum depth as a single layer.
- Black SUB BASE layer: Variable depth, minimum 20 mm.
The critical fall height value depending on the total surface thickness and varies from 1.3–3.0 m (awaiting test outcome verification). Consult manufacturer for further details.
