High-performance, multipurpose extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards for the thermal insulation of domestic and industrial floors, basement and/ or cellar perimeter walls.

The maximum installation depth of the thermal insulation is determined by the load: the horizontal pressure must not exceed the compressive strength of the boards, taking into account the value of the permanent load.

This product must be laid with no gaps between the boards in structures with contact to soil. For gluing, solvent-free adhesives must be used. Follow the supplier’s guidance.

A grooved edge allowing boards to overlap, minimizing gaps.

TemperatureRange

-50–75°C maximum

Provides the permanent application temperature of Ravatherm XPS X products. At higher temperatures, the boards will start to soften and suffer permanent deformation.
