ProTherm FOAMGLAS® T3+ Tapered (Slab) insulation is a non-combustible cellular glass foam insulation board manufactured to create falls on a flat roof area and facilitate positive drainage.

Should be fully-bonded in either:
- EshaPur 95/25 Oxidised Bitumen
- PC®58 Cold-Applied Bitumen Adhesive
These applications do not require the use of a carrier membrane or Vapour Control Layer.
For non foot-trafficked applications the product can also be bonded with Insta-Stik Roofing Adhesive. A suitable carrier or joint strip will be required for these applications.
Boards are not weather resistant and must not be exposed to water. Product must be used in a system which completely encapsulates the insulation to prevent it from damage from freeze-thaw events, which will otherwise result in product failure.
Euroclass A1 makes the product truly non-combustible and suitable for use on all types of Specified Attachments where the Approved Document B ban on combustible materials was introduced in 2018.
Faced boards, such as READY, G1 or ROOF boards are Euroclass E and not suitable for application on Specified Attachments within Relevant Buildings such as balconies, canopies or terraces with an overhanging feature.
Description
600 x 450 mm boards with a taper indicated by a factory applied stamp in the top surface. Boards are un-faced and therefore certified as non-combustible.
