Description

Proteus Pro-Therm XPS ‘Plus’ is a high performance extruded polystyrene rigid foam insulation panel for a variety of roof types. Available in a range of thicknesses from 50 to 320 mm, Proteus Pro-Therm XPS ‘Plus’ offers a market leading declared thermal conductivity of 0.027 W/mK across all panels to deliver high performance solutions, reducing thicknesses and thresholds in any application.

Guidance for specification option:

Proteus Waterproofing inverted roof insulation is available as a tapered insulation to create the falls on the roof

required to provide adequate water flow to the drainage outlets. Using the insulation layer to create the roof falls helps reduce the overall weight of the roof structure, by removing the need for screed and speeds up construction.


Tapered Design includes:

  • Bespoke design to suit each individual project.
  • Layout drawings to assist installation.
  • Taper over 1200 mm to create 1:80 fall.
  • Panel thickness 70 - 205 mm.
