Description
The Proteus Pro-Therm Mineral Wool has been specifically developed for use on flat roof and refurbishment projects. The product is manufactured with an integral mineral coating fibre fleece, which for adhered membranes, secured a strong bond between membrane and insulation whilst limiting the amount of adhesive required. The insulation is compatible with all commonly used flat roof membranes including bitumen and liquid applied membranes.
The product complies with the requirements of BS EN 13162. Achieved a reaction to fire classification of A2-s1,d0 (non-combustible; BS EN 13501-1). Completely fire safe and can be used to provide an effective acoustic barrier to external noise pollution.
