Used to bond Protan EX-A fleece backed membrane to tissue-faced PIR, mineral wool and EPS insulation boards by spray application.
Description
Protan ProBond Adhesive is a red, one-component, moisture-curing, polyurethane-based adhesive. It is used to bond Protan EX-A fleece backed membrane to tissue-faced PIR, mineral wool and EPS insulation boards. The adhesive is spray applied and cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture.
Features and benefits:
- Spray applied adhesive with a 300 mm wide spray pattern.
- Allows solvents to evaporate for a minimum of five minutes depending on climatic conditions.
- Cures in approximately ninety minutes at 20°C.
- Coverage up to 180 m² per canister.
- Suitable for bonding Protan EX-A membrane to insulation boards.
