Pro Clima Tescon Vana Tape - Multi-purpose airtight & Windtight Tape

A robust airtight & windtight tape for creating seals tested for 100 years, on airtight & windtight breather membranes. For sealing overlaps, edges, penetrations and connections to various substrates.
Application
Tescon Vana airtight tape will permanently stick to any Pro Clima internal or external membrane and other membranes made from PE, PA, PP, PET and aluminium. It will also permanently bond to planed or painted timber, OSB, plywood, MDF, hard plastics and metal.
- Interior use: Airtight taping of vapour-check and airtight membranes and of airtight structural wood-based panels e.g. Finsa Superpan Vapourstop EZ or OSB/plywood.
- Exterior use: Windproofing and rainproofing of underlays and wall lining membranes (e.g. pro clima SOLITEX), underlay panels and sarking boards. Airtight taping of on-roof and refurbishment vapour-check and airtight membranes.
- All taped joints, indoor and outdoor, can be implemented between similar components or else with adjacent structural elements with a smooth, non-mineral surface (e.g. pipe penetrations, roof windows.
- Bonding to standard building materials such as new timber, concrete, metal and plastic.
- Utilises solid acrylic glue technology which is particularly reliable in damp or humid conditions.
- Patch and repair of internal and external damaged membranes.
