Plant Room Wall Lining Panels
Description

Wall lining panels for controlling reverberation time and reflected sound in plant rooms and industrial areas such as engine enclosures, test cells and workshops. The panels are manufactured from borosilicate mineral fibres impregnated with a resin binder and faced with Type E alkali glass cloth to provide a high quality finish.

Plant Room Wall Lining Panels are fitted onto spindle pins that are glued to the substrate, and restrained using self-locking washers.

Standard product features

Sheet size:

Fire:

The borosilicate mineral fibres, together with the resin binder and facing glass cloth are not combustible (BS 476:4). The system achieves Class 0 surface spread of flame (BS 476:6–7).

Resistance to vibration:

When tested to BS 2972 all thicknesses of liner are free from fibre fall out and delamination.

Water resistance:

The borosilicate mineral fibres are treated with water repellent additives. Moisture condensing from the air within the core is less than 0.02% by volume at 95% relative humidity.
