Description

A single stock, low emissivity glass which has the same performance in both annealed and toughened format. It combines superior light transmittance with a highly neutral colour and is the ultimate in thermal insulation. Can also be supplied in laminated form.

Pilkington Optitherm™ S1 Plus can contribute significantly in the reduction of energy losses and hence heating costs due to its incredibly low Ug value. It also increases interior comfort by reducing downdraughts in window areas, ensuring even heat distribution throughout the room and should be specified for any situation where excessive heat loss is a concern.

Features/ Benefits:

Ultra low Ug-values of 1.0 and 1.1 W/m²K in a double glazed IGU, in accordance with BS EN 673.

Ug-values as low as 0.5 W/m²K in triple IGUs.

Suitable for both domestic and commercial applications including refurbishment and new build.

Highly neutral appearance in light transmittance (70%) and medium light reflectance (21%).

Available in a range of sizes and thicknesses for various applications.

Available in combination with Pilkington Optilam™ and Pilkington Optiphon™ for impact resistance, increased security or improved noise reduction.
