Description
High-performance, lightweight external wall insulation (EWI) system based on enhanced expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation that incorporates microscopic particles of graphite for enhanced thermal performance and to dissipate heat.
PermaRock SiliconeUltra K Finish is a high-performance exterior through-colour textured render based on a hybrid binder system of organically crosslinked nano-quartz particles and silicone emulsion. SiliconeUltra K finish is a lightweight, water-repellent finish with excellent water vapour permeability. PermaRock SiliconeUltra K finish incorporates photo-catalytic particles which actively break down dirt particles enabling them to be washed from the surface under normal weathering. PermaRock SiliconeUltra K-Finish resists aggressive air-borne pollutants and provides enhanced resistance to dirt pick-up. PermaRock SiliconeUltra K Finish contains a preservative against coating deterioration due to algae and fungus.

Design considerations:
- Thermal calculations can be carried out for each project to help to determine the thickness of insulation required to achieve U-value requirements.

- A full range of beads, trims, sealing tapes, expansion joint tapes and window sealing strips (APU beads) is available to complete the design of the system.
