Application
Wear-Top is recommended for application over a broad range of sound and durable floor internal and external surfaces. This includes tamped or worn concrete, pre-existing sand/cement floor screed underlayment, as well as non-porous power-floated concrete and similarly dense impermeable surfaces.
Description
Wear-Top is a dual-purpose internal/external high durability floor screed which can be applied as a subfloor, self-smoothing underlayment or as a wear-resistant surface topping. Its high early strength development makes it a suitable base for receiving decorative wear resistant resin coatings.
Wear-Top will ensure a final smooth finish, which can be further enhanced by the application of a resin-based resilient floor covering, especially where a consistent colour finish is needed throughout.

- Takes foot traffic after three hours and vehicle loading after 36 hours.
- Can be laid from 5 mm up to 20 mm bed depth in a single pour.
- Suitable for pump or trowel application.
- Can receive a decorative resin-based coating after 48 hours.
