General information
Material

External facing: 0.6 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a coating as specified and a PVC protective film

Internal facing: 0.5 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a 25 μm thick polyester coating and a PVC protective film

Core: Polyisocyanurate (PIR)/ polyurethane rigid foam manufactured in a continuously foamed process. Approximately 95% closed cells, securely attached to the steel sheet. No chlorofluorocarbons or halogenated chlorofluorocarbons due to the pentane foam process

  • External facing: 0.6 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a coating as specified and a PVC protective film.
  • Internal facing: 0.5 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a 25 μm thick polyester coating and a PVC protective film.
  • Core: Polyisocyanurate (PIR)/ polyurethane rigid foam manufactured in a continuously foamed process. Approximately 95% closed cells, securely attached to the steel sheet. No chlorofluorocarbons or halogenated chlorofluorocarbons due to the pentane foam process.

Panel connection:

Double tongue and groove system in which the labyrinth profile allows the screw head to be countersunk and fully covered by the next panel, providing a covered, concealed mounting. The integrated seals guarantee maximum wind proofing. The panels interlink precisely with no thermal bridge. The panel offers good structural characteristics, as well as enabling even greater span widths via the pressure distribution plate.

  • Density (core): 40 kg/m³.
  • Fire behaviour (to BS EN 13501-1): Euroclass B-s1, d0.

  • Temperature resistance: 90°C.
