Description

Steel roof cladding panels with a polyurethane core and trapezoidal profile. 3° minimum roof pitch (5.2%) without transverse joint and penetration.

Features and benefits:

  • Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating to the interior and exterior panels protects against solar radiation.
  • CE marked.

Material

External facing: 0.6 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a 25 μm thick polyester coating and a PVC protective film (if required)

Internal facing: 0.5 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a 25 μm thick polyester coating

Core: Polyurethane rigid foam manufactured in a continuously foamed process. Approximately 95% closed cells, securely attached to the steel sheet. No chlorofluorocarbons or halogenated chlorofluorocarbons due to the pentane foam process

Panel connection:

  • Externally by overlapping of the corrugations, whereby the non-foamed sheet of a panel is placed over the corresponding section of the next panel.
  • On the underside, by special shaping, whereby the complementary profile to the corrugation of one roof panel overlaps the corrugation of the second panel, thus achieving a tight connection.
  • Unique triple sealing system offering optimal condensate protection.
  • Capillary break.
