SFS NVELOPE® subframe support carrier system utilizing floor to floor brackets, vertical Box & 'T' Box profiles.
Application
NVF2F is suitable for face fixing/ rivet fixing cladding elements to (e.g. fibre cement, high pressure laminate (HPL), aluminium composite material (ACM) and metal rainscreen panels). Used when satisfactory pull out performance can only be achieved at concrete floor slab level.
Description
Vertical aluminium sub frame system for rainscreen applications mounted at floor slab level, can be used for direct cladding panel fixing or combined with other systems.
Features and benefits:
- NVF2F is the NVELOPE® back frame – vertical floor to floor cladding applications.
- NVELOPE® floor to floor (mullion) box ‘T’ profiles are fixed to NVELOPE F2F brackets
- NVELOPE® F2F brackets absorb wind loading and allow for expansion and contraction using sliding point slots.
- NVELOPE® F2F brackets absorb vertical dead loads utilising the fixed point holes.
- NVELOPE® bracket spacing is determined by cladding options such as the dimensions and weight of the facade cladding, local wind loads and cladding zone.
- NVELOPE F2F system solves a problem when insufficient fixing pull out performance from the façade substrate dictates fixing at each floor slab level.
