Application

The NOVOSPRINT high-speed door reaches an opening speed of up to 2 m/s which is suitable for fast logistic processes, forklift traffic and air locks.

High speed door for large openings.


Features and benefits:

  • High speed door which allows for the protection of high-frequency passage openings and minimizes the opening times.
  • All door types can be combined with a large number of control and security options.
  • Double leaf, synchronised side-opening XL high-speed door.
  • Width up to 9 m and height up to 6 m.
  • Can incorporate a closing edge which is monitored by an optoelectronical sensor integrated into the door leaves, with power supply via energy chain or trailing cable.
  • Anti crash protection (unlatch mechanism in the stay bars, available for c/o height above 2800 mm).
  • Suitable for heavy goods vehicles and large rail vehicles, forklift traffic, entry airlocks.
  • Designed for 150 000 operations annually.
  • Opening speed: 2 m/s (maximum).
  • Closing speed: 1.5 m/s (maximum).
  • Operating forces/ safe opening according to EN 13241-1: Fulfilled.
  • Lintel height standard: 480 or 880 mm.
  • Lateral space required motor side/ non-motor side: 525/ 525 mm.
  • Total depth required: 650 or 690 mm.
  • Frame: Horizontal cross-beam, vertical jam and vertical profile sheet metal.
  • Emergency operation: With Bowden cable lever, self-opening.
