Application

The NIBE S2125 is a monobloc Air-Source heat pump for the provision of heating, hot water and cooling.

Description

NIBE S2125 is an intelligent, inverter-controlled air/water pump. With NIBE indoor modules, it forms a very efficient climate system and provides optimised savings as it automatically adapts to a homes output requirements all year around.


The NIBE S2125 has an optimised seasonal performance factor, which results in low operating costs and high-performance hot water. The working area gives a supply temperature of up to 75°C. At an outdoor temperature down towards –25°C, it still delivers up to 65°C, while the noise level stays low.

The NIBE S2125 requires pairing with a NIBE controller or hydraulic module, from the following:


SMO S40 - NIBE S-series controller and wiring centre, supporting:

  • Control of up to 8 x S2125 products in a single system.
  • Control of up to 8 flow temperature controlled heating/cooling zones with the NIBE Extra Climate System accessory.
  • Control of up to 8 x NIBE ERS Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) units.
  • Control of active cooling through either a 2-pipe or 4-pipe distribution system.
  • Control of bi-valiant heating systems utilising a secondary heat source as a back-up.
  • Wi-Fi enabled to allow for connectivity to the myUplink and myUplink PRO remote monitoring, control and diagnostics platforms for homeowners and installers.
  • Wireless connectivity to the range of myUplink smart home accessories for demand controlled ventilation, cooling and heating. Sensors include smart radiator valves in addition to wireless humidity, CO2 and temperature sensors.


NIBE VVM S320 Hydraulic Module

The NIBE VVM S320 hydraulic module is a packaged hot water cylinder containing all the same features and functionality as the SMO S40 controller. The packaged module includes the following integrated components within its 600x600mm footprint:


  • 180 litre stainless steel Hot Water cylinder.
  • 28 litre heating buffer vessel.
  • 10 litre heating expansion vessel.
  • Flow meter for measuring heating and hot water energy production.
  • 3-way diverter valve.
  • Primary and secondary circulation pumps.
  • 4-stage, 7kW, emergency back-up heater.
  • S-series controller
