Description

The reveal panel is suitable for facade cladding and can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally. The system consists of profiled zinc sheets with a variable width size up to 333 mm. It is also suitable as a soffit plank system.

Material - A1 Fire rated.

CWCT tested systems available.

The profiles are assembled such that a joint (reveal) is created. The system is connected with a tongue and groove. The dimensions of the panels and joints are variable, as are the lengths of the reveal panels. NedZink produces titanium zinc in accordance with EN 988, an alloy based on electrolytically refined zinc with a purity of minimum 99.995% Zn (Z1 in accordance with EN 1179) with small additions of the alloy elements copper, titanium and aluminium. Roofing or facade cladding in NedZink titanium zinc protects a building for up to 70 or even 150 years. An environmental product declaration with ECO platform label for NedZink NATUREL, NedZink NEO and NedZink NOIR are available, consult literature for details.


Profiles:

The dimensions of the eaves profiles, attachment profiles etc. will depend on the on-site dimensions and can either be made by the sheet metal worker or supplied custom-made in lengths as custom items.


Technical characteristics of base material:

  • Vickers hardness (HV3): 40 (minimum).
  • Folding test: No fractures on the fold, no cracks, relative tensile strength D >0,7 x original tensile strength.
  • Permanent stretch in creep test: 0.1% (maximum).
  • Edgewise bow: 1.5 mm/m (maximum).
  • Flatness-corrugation: 2 mm (maximum).
  • Recrystallisation temperature: >300°C.
