Application
- Exposed roof surfaces.
- Used on roofs of all shapes and sizes - whether flat, sloped or curved.
- Mechanically fastened over suitable substrates; in warm roof constructions over appropriate thermal insulation (e.g. Paratherm F foil faced polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation or mineral wool) and load bearing substrates such as timber, sheet metal or concrete.
- Suitable for new, and subject to specification, refurbishment applications.
Description
Protan SE is a high-quality polyester reinforced thermoplastic PVC waterproofing membrane with high tensile and tear strength.
Features and benefits:
- Contains stabilisers, which makes the product resistant to high and low temperatures, UV-resistant and flame retardant.
- The membrane has a textured surface which provides increased friction and an aesthetic finish.
- Welded together using hot air which provides a homogenous joint.
- Installation is safe without the use of an open flame.

- Protan membrane can be recycled and has a low carbon footprint.
