MonoFlat FAD series can be used for a variety of places, because it provides an easy-to-use, adjustable, and weight-limited lateral swing system suitable for small to medium-sized cabinet doors. They are most commonly used in:

Description
Designed for style, convenience and optimal access, MonoFlat FAD delivers a unique hybrid ‘lateral swing’ solution for cabinet doors. Combining a multi-pivot hinge with a single aluminium top rail, FAD systems provide lateral opening for doors weighing up to 35kg.
With a smaller opening radius than conventional swing doors, these flush door hinges also tuck open-cabinet doors neatly out of the way, flat against adjacent surfaces. This provides the dual benefit of ensuring open doors do not get in the way while also maximising the size of the opening for easy access.

MONOFLAT FAD-5:
- Designed for small size cabinets.
- Door weight limit: can hold a maximum door weight of 5 kg/door.
- Adjustment post-installation: 3-way adjustment post-installation for vertical, horizontal, and parallel alignment by ±3mm, ±2.5mm, and 5°, respectively.
- Doors close gently and quietly.
- Suitable cabinet types: suitable for smaller cabinets with an overlay installation.

MONOFLAT FAD-20:
- Designed for medium size cabinets.
- Door weight limit: can hold a maximum door weight of 20 kg/door.
- Adjustment post-installation: uses a gas spring to make opening and closing smooth with little resistance, and holds the door firmly in fully opened and fully closed positions.
- Opening and closing mechanism: uses a gas spring to make opening and closing smooth with little resistance.
- Suitable cabinet types: does not specify any limitations on the type of cabinet it can be used on.
