Mazzonetto Vestis ® precoated aluminium fully-supported shingle for use in roofing/ facades and interior applications.
Application
Fully supported roofing and cladding solution that can also be utilized in decorative interior applications subject to design/environment. Speak to Metal Solutions Technical for suitability of product and size of shingle needed for your desired application.
Available in a range of different sizes as square, rectangular, triangular, diamond, rhomboid and Flatlock shapes. (Flatlock is an elongated rectangular shingle).
Also suitable for small areas such as gables, and dormer roof coverings.

Description
Aesthetically pleasing precoated aluminium shingle for use as a versatile roofing, dormer roof finish and cladding solution. Can also be used on some decorative interior applications for walls and ceilings.
Available as square, rectangular, triangular, diamond and rhomboid shapes, plus a system called Flatlock which is a very attractive elongated rectangular shingle. Can be manufactured in a range of different sizes to suit the design, (see Manufacturer's product literature for more information).
Features and benefits:
- Resistance to cracking on rapid deformation to EN 13523-5 and ASTM D 2749: No cracking, no loss of adhesion.
- Material - A1 Fire Rated.
- Resistance to cracking on bending to EN 13523-7 and ASTM D 870: Very good flexibility (0.5T).
- Water immersion (and humidity) resistance to EN 13523-9/ 25 and ASTM D 870/ 2247: 3000 h.
No rust
Whether white (zinc) or red (iron), rust is a risk which must not be underestimated.
As Vestis ® will never give way to rust, the cladding can be implemented without considering the effects of surface condensate on the roof.
Warm roofs, small slopes and visible cutting are no longer a problem!
