Application

Suitable for use in commercial concrete structures for:

Description

For repairing concrete corroded by exposure to oxidised iron, the system provides a class R3 (structural) polymer-modified, thixotropic fibre-reinforced solution and offers controlled hygrometric shrinkage, making them suitable for smoothing and protecting concrete structures.

System Components:

  • Oxidized iron.
  • Reinforcement iron brought to white metal.
  • Profer 100: Single-component, corrosion-resistant cementitious mortar, specifically for the protection and passivation of reinforcement bars, certified according to UNI EN 1504-7.
  • Repair 250 N: A thixotropic, polymer-modified structural mortar, with controlled hygrometric shrinkage. Made with high-resistance hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, special additives and HT fibres, it is specifically designed for the reconstruction, protection or skim coating of concrete applicable at variable thicknesses of between 3 and 30 mm.
  • Repair 250 R Quickset: A thixotropic, polymer-modified quick-setting structural mortar, with controlled hygrometric shrinkage, made with high-resistance hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, special additives and HT fibres. Specifically designed for the reconstruction, protection or skim coating of concrete, applicable at variable thicknesses of between 3 and 30 mm.
  • Finish Pro 280: A polymer-modified smoothing mortar, with a fine civil texture, based on hydraulic binders, selected pure aggregates and specific additives. Formulated in the Licata S.p.A. research and development laboratories, it is characterised by easy workability, thixotropy and wetting power. The presence of re-dispersible resins gives the product an increase in the power of adhesion and resistance to aggressive agents present in the atmosphere.
