Remagin's light to medium-duty steel frame solutions are perfect for low and mid-rise developments up to fifteen storeys high. • Minimum REI 60 fire resistance (walls); REI 90 and REI 120 builds available to specify separately.

Walls:

• 100 mm C-stud bespoke light steel framing solution with minimum fire resistance of REI 60 for external, internal and separating walls. Utilizes double layers of Siniat Fire Board (12.5 mm).

Stairs:

Standard 1200 mm-wide option:

• Prefabricated steel stairs comprising, 1200 mm-wide, 3 mm-thick folded plate treads together with bonded 25 mm CP board with flat steel stringers, together with 180 mm-thick composite concrete metal deck half landings. Other tread options are available if required.

Stairs: 1500 mm-wide option:

• Prefabricated steel stairs comprising, 1500 mm-wide, 3 mm-thick folded plate treads together with bonded 25 mm CP board with flat steel stringers, together with 180 mm-thick composite concrete metal deck half landings. Other tread options are available if required.

Intermediate floors:

• 180 mm-deep C32/40 concrete on Remagin Sig-Deck, pre-cambered, crushed end trapezoidal decking, including all necessary designed reinforcement to meet fire regulations and progressive collapse.

Roof, concrete option:

• 180 mm-deep C32/40 concrete on Remagin Sig-Deck, pre-cambered, crushed end trapezoidal decking, including all necessary designed reinforcement to meet fire regulations and progressive collapse. Supporting beams and tophat sections dropped to allow for continuous slab at roof level helping water management and follow-on trades.

Roof:

• Trapezoidal profile galvanized steel roof decking supplied in double span lengths supported on LGSF purlins, purlins depths and section sizes to suit span requirements.
