Koster Mortar Tight is a waterproofing liquid additive which prevents the transmission of water through renders, screeds, and/ or sealing slurries.
Application
Koster Mortar Tight can be used for the production of waterproof renders, screeds, and slurries for internal waterproofing of underground structures, such as basements, lift pits, retaining walls, tunnels, below ground structures or swimming pools.
Can also be used externally for the production of water-repellent renders and in various other areas where a waterproof mortar is required such as for tanks, shafts and masonry.
Description
Koster Mortar Tight is a waterproofing liquid additive which prevents the transmission of water through renders, screeds, and/ or sealing slurries.
The additive improves the density of the mortar structure, making the mortar water repellent (hydrophobic). It also promotes the self-healing of microcracks through crystallization.
The impermeability of mortars and slurries also increases against moisture, dampness, hydrostatic pressure and driving rain.
