Komfort | Polar 40 | Atrium Glazing

Polar 40 is Komfort’s mullion-free atrium glazing system using 19.5–21.5 mm glass configurations with a minimal aluminium trackwork for increased structural performance. The silicone jointed glazing is fully demountable and relocatable.

• Trackwork | 40 x 32 mm (width x depth).
• Screen height | up to 3900 mm _{depending on configuration.}
• Acoustic performance | Up to 43 dB (Rw) single glazed, up to 53 dB (Rw) double glazed with Polar 30 _{depending on configuration.}
• Structural performance | 0.74 kN/m up to 3900 mm, 1.5 kN/m up to 3575 m (BS 6180) _{depending on configuration.}
• Fire performance | None.
• Deflection | +/-25 mm option at head.
• Glass options | 19.5 mm or 21.5 mm toughened laminated.
• Glass specification | all glass can be specified as low-iron.
• Other options | applied Kross Glaze bars.
• Finishes | polyester powder coated to any RAL or BS colour code or special anodized finishes.
